Mesh Cutting and Bending
Specialist Construction Supplies offers a full mesh cutting and bending facility. This covers the full range of A142 , A193, A252 , A393 up to and including B1131 and bending up to 5 meters in length.
Most standard shape codes can be achieved, more complicated shapes can be supplied in sections where necessary for ease of use on site.
Instead of using loose cut and bent bars, bent mesh can be used in retaining walls, ground beams and precast applications, such as columns and staircases.
Most British Standard shape codes can be provided but in some cases it may be necessary to manufacture them in sections for ease of transportation or to enable the shape to be completed . Both standard flying end and made to measure fabrics can be supplied to designers specification, cut or bent.

High Quality Prefabricated Welded Steel Cages
We can supply prefabricated cages fully assembled or in parts for assembly on site.
Manufactured off site, this eliminates the loss of loose bar on site, saves on labour and saves time during your contract programme. Welded cages can be manufactured to order and delivered direct to site.
We can make any size and shape of cage to suit , including Boot Beam Cages, double link, nib and nook, curved, square and rectangular as well as bespoke shapes & sizes !
